The E2 power cage with a pulley system is manufactured using state-of-the-art fully automated laser cutting and robotic welding technology. The E2 power rack cable pulley system provides more than 200 exercises, including lat pulldown, cable crossover, pull-up, deep squat, bench press, weight lifting, seated row, and bicep and tricep training, among others. The pulley wheels allow you to do cable workouts at any height on the upright, while the free motion arms (Patent Applied) give you the ability to train outside of the power rack, such as performing cable flies and reverse flies in different positions with a unique lock-in system.
